Last year, I collaborated with many talented professionals to create this beautiful bridal shoot. I was about 22 weeks pregnant. At first, when Sophie asked me to join the project, I wasn’t sure because my first trimester was so bad that I didn’t think I could make it. However, her vision and mood board were just too BEAUTIFUL to not be tempted. After a bit of hesitation, I decided to give it a try…and so glad I did. This collaboration gave me an opportunity to do something out of my comfort zone, which is shooting indoor while still able to create a soft, dreamy and bright looks. I also met with new vendors, who turned into friends and we support each other in the industry.

Everything was like a DREAM! Sophie from Castlefield Design did an amazing job in styling the whole shoot. We used a combination of light blue, white and blush to create a fresh spring look. The gowns from Catherine Langlois are ABOSLUTELY GORGEOUS! OMG, just look at the beautiful details at the back. So stunning!. The jewelry and headpieces from The Loved One were the perfect complement to the dresses. Hair and makeup are done by Monika of Blushing Beauty and her colleague Svitlana. Have I told you that Monika was also my hair and makeup artist for my wedding? Besides her amazing talents, she is also very funny and kind-hearted. I never stopped laughing whenever I worked with Monika lol.

The beautiful cakes was done by Jen of JENLA Cake. Jen is so sweet, just like her cakes :), and amazingly talented. I love her, so much!

Another “adventure” we took with this shoot was silk flowers and it was Sophie’s brilliant ideas. The products were provided to us by Afloral and were beautifully put together by Indra of Plush Flower. Guys, my jaw dropped the moment Indra gave me her creation. You can not distinguish them. They looked so REAL! So for brides who are on budget, I’d definitely recommend Afloral as your go-to flower products!

Overall, I’m so proud of our production. Everything was beautiful! There is one little minus though, we wanted it to be a Spring inspiration, however, it was SNOWY…yeah, in April. Outside the windows, it was like winter wonderland over again…So, for a moment, it felt like we just created a bridal version of FROZEN, haha. The shoot was featured on Elegant Wedding Magazine’s Online Blog.

And here are some of my favorites:

Once again, thank you all our amazing vendors for bringing this creation to live. I can’t wait to work with you again in near future 🙂
